Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 600 pm to 0700 pm
Enjoy a fun and dynamic class tailored specifically to women needs in a nice and clean facility. Improve your cardio, get toner, leaner while learning self-defense!
During this class, you will go through a shorter version of a regular boxing session, you will;
- warm up
- conduct exercises (each session target different muscles ie: booty, legs, back...)
- go through intervals low to high intensity training (at your own choice) boxing drills in partners or with equipment (bags, speed ball...)
- cool down and stretching
NO babysitter! NO problem, our facility is KID'S FRIENDLY (we even have a swing inside :0), you can as well get your workout while your kid is boxing if registered to our kids boxing class on Tuesday!
