Learn a new skill, to defend yourself and get fit all at once! Boxing includes many health benefits such as:
cardio vascular endurance;
balance and co-ordination; (even used as a tool to help temper with symptoms of Parkinson disease!)
help with hyperactivity and ADHD
In this class you will be provided with the opportunity to learn boxing including basic punches, stance, how to protect against other punches, combos, exercises to develop essential skills (speed, reflexes, coordination just to name a few).
You will be invited as well to learn and use our equipment including: speed balls, punching bags, boxing ring and many other accessories.
