FITNESS CLASSES

MONDAY, TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 0700 PM TO 0745 PM

*Those classes are High intensity but are designed to be followed at your own pace whichever fitness level you're at. You will go through the same rigorous training as our boxers do but NO WORRIES you can and will follow your own pace. You will improve your strength, speed, endurance, agility, stamina and reflexes while having fun!

 

Who can benefit?
We offer group and private classes for 6 years old and up (KIDS CLASSES ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY MORNING), you are welcome to come see us and try a free session.  Whichever level you are at, we will make sure you can improve your skills. From beginner to pro, there is always something we can learn. Our workouts are adapted for men and women of all ages, either you are recovering from an injury or you want to bring your fitness up one notch we will make sure you remain challenged!

Myriam and Yanick are the head coaches, both have their level 3 coaching course . Myriam has more than 5 years of coaching experience in running and boxing, Yanick has been boxing for over 20 years and has over 8 years of experience of coaching boxing through civilian and military.  They are both eager  to challenge you and help you achieve your goals whatever they may be, sky is the limit!

Enjoy our weightlifting equipment before your boxing class, if desired our coaches will teach you some power exercises that will improve your game. Available before the boxing class (0600-0700 pm).

What we do during a boxing session

 

We offer friendly coaching advices, training and techniques in a bilingual and easygoing atmosphere provided by male and female coaches. Do not get us wrong, training (boxing conditioning) is intense and is performed at first lasting anytime from 50 to 60 minutes followed by a 60-90 minutes boxing oriented drills. You can come see us if you want to stay or achieve a higher fitness level, learn  some boxing skills for self-defense or compete in a regional, provincial or national level. Once you become proficient and demonstrate a desire to compete, we offer specialized and personalized periodized training programs to achieve your best performances.
