Our Famous "Warm-Up"

Those classes are High intensity but are designed to be followed at your own pace whichever fitness level you're at. You will go through the same rigorous training as our boxers do but NO WORRIES you can and will be able to follow at your own pace. You will improve your strength, speed, endurance, agility, stamina and reflexes while having fun! and who knows, you might want to stay longer and try boxing!
