Group boxing class
Learn a new skill, to defend yourself and get fit all at once! Boxing includes many health benefits such as:
cardio vascular endurance;
balance and co-ordination; (even used as a tool to help temper with symptoms of Parkinson disease!)
help with hyperactivity and ADHD
In this class you will be provided with the opportunity to learn boxing including basic punches, stance, how to protect against other punches, combos, exercises to develop essential skills (speed, reflexes, coordination just to name a few).
You will be invited as well to learn and use our equipment including: speed balls, punching bags, boxing ring and many other accessories.
General Fitness classes
Those classes are High intensity but are designed to be followed at your own pace whichever fitness level you're at. You will go through the same rigorous training as our boxers do but NO WORRIES you can and will follow your own pace. You will improve your strength, speed, endurance, agility, stamina and reflexes while having fun! and who knows, you might want to stay longer and try boxing!
We continuously host multiple events throughout the year such as yoga classes leaded by a Certified Yoga teacher, Striking seminars by Randy Turner (Former Wreck MMA champion), exterior training and trips to other boxing clubs for sparring opportunities. Without mentioning competitions outside of town and soon to host our own club show!
